In Arizona, all food and drink establishments are monitored by the county they are located in. While it would be helpful if every county made the records easily available online, for varying reasons it's not always possible. Below are links to the inspection website or the environmental/health department for each county in the state.
Cochise County - Choose district, then click restaurant name.
Maricopa County - Enter restaurant name, submit, click on permit ID # & then inspection date.
Mohave County - Enter restaurant name, submit, then click the 5 digit inspection #
Pima County - Enter restaurant name, submit, then click on the restaurant name.
Pinal County - Enter restaurant name, submit, then click on the restaurant name.
Yuma County - Results posted every few months, choose most recent link for latest results.
