Blimpie is rather quietly at this point, introducing a new Artisan Sourdough bread available with any sub on the menu. They have also rolled out two new sandwiches, pictured to the right, to go with the sourdough bread. The Western BBQ Chicken & Bacon Sub and the Peppered Ham & Cheese Melt.
