Announced today, Dunkin' Donuts began selling their new Texas Toast Grilled Cheese Sandwich. According to Dunkin' Donuts, the new sandwich: "...features two slices of American cheese and one slice of white cheddar cheese melted between two pieces of thick-cut Texas Toast and served oven-toasted. Guests may customize the sandwich upon request by adding bacon or ham."
The press release also mentioned two special holiday donuts:"Dunkin' Donuts' Sprinkle the Cheer Donut is a yeast ring donut with red icing and holly berry sprinkles, while the Holiday Star Donut is a star-shaped donut with vanilla icing, filled with Bavarian Kreme and topped with silver nonpareils."

The East Valley Tribune reports that Dunkin' Donuts is set to open their first ever campus location at Arizona State University this Friday, August 19. Specifically located at 681 E. Apache Blvd. Tempe, AZ 85281, the shop will be open from 4am to 9pm Monday through Saturday and 5am to 9pm on Sunday

"Dunkin’s latest beverage (Frozen Hot Chocolate), starting at $2.69, will be sold in 16 ounce, 24 ounce and 32 ounce sizes, and will available through August. The chain also is featuring a Mountain Dew Coolatta and a Blue Raspberry Coolatta this summer."
In addition to this, fellow donut shop, Krispy Kreme is testing out donut-based milkshakes in their home market of North Carolina:"The shakes, which consist of soft-serve ice cream and cake doughnuts, come in three flavors: Original Glaze, Chocolate Cake and Raspberry Filled..."
There's no telling when the new Krispy Kreme shakes might come to Arizona, but you can bet if they are a hit during testing, they will become widely available. Meanwhile, you can find the frozen slush-like version of Dunkin' Donuts hot chocolate at your nearest Dunkin' Donuts.
LaMar's Donuts only has one shop in the state. It is located at 2340 W. Bell Rd. #138 Phoenix, AZ 85023. With the hours of 5:30am - 2pm, you better get there early in the day if you want to take advantage of the offer.
Last week, the AZFoodDude reported about the free donut you can get at Krispy Kreme on Friday, June 3rd for National Doughnut Day. According to the latest Dunkin' Donuts advertising, you can go in between 3pm - 6pm and get any size iced coffee or iced tea for 99 cents. Note there is a limit of 2 per person and like most deals, this is only for a limited time. Also, in case you missed it a couple days ago, the AZFoodDude posted a story about the new Dunkin' Donuts Blueberry Waffle Breakfast Sandwich going for $2.99.Update (5-18-2011): This deal will expire on Sunday, May 29th.
